Every now and then a woman comes along and teaches men a lesson in an industry which is dominated by males.

And Thobekile Ndlovu is one of those women- just two years after graduating, while running her own interior design consultancy, she began studying towards a qualification in advance project management.

Within just 10 years, Ndlovu walked away with the award of best women in construction in her respective province and she was even featured in Top Billing, where the beautiful home she built herself was showed.

Taking to social media, a tweep shared Ndlovu's interview with Top Billing, which gave South Africans a glimpse into the stunning mansion she built for herself.
