Police in Pakistan say worshipers coming out of a church in the southwestern city of Queta were shot at by gunmen, adding that two people lost their lives while five others were wounded.
According to a police officer, Javed Ahmed, two gunmen riding on a motorcycle targeted churchgoers as they were leaving after the Sunday evening service in the Eisa Nagri neighborhood of Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province, Tucson reports.
NAIJ.com notes that Ahmed said that a young girl was among the wounded and that two others were in critical condition at a hospital.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. The police said search was ongoing in the area to apprehend the perpetrators of the attack.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that Lt-General Agha Farooq who is Pakistani’s high commissioner to Nigeria, advised the country to adopt non-kinetic warfare strategy as a way of finishing the war against Boko Haram.

It was reported that the high commissioner gave this advice in Abuja on Monday, April 25 in a lecture he delivered at the National Defence College, titled “Non-Kinetic Warfare and National Security".
He explained that this method would look into the inefficiencies in the society with the aim of finding solution to it as a method of winning a war with less combat.
