Premier League giants Chelsea have confirmed Kylian Hazard, Eden Hazard's younger brother, will leave the club at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old attacker is now set to join Belgian side Cercle Bruges on a permanent transfer.
Kylian, who joined the Blues in the summer of 2017 from Hungarian side Ujpest, has failed to replicate his brother's impressive form at Stamford Bridge.
During his two-year stay with Chelsea, the youngster made 11 appearances for the Blues' development squad, and managed to score a debut goal against Swansea City last season.

In a statement posted on Chelsea's official website, the club revealed Kylian's current loan deal with Cercle Bruges will now be made permanent in the summer.
Chelsea took time out to appreciate Kylian's contribution to the club, wishing him the very best in his next phase of his football career.
“We thank Kylian for his service to the club and wish him the best of luck for the next chapter of his career," a statement by the club submitted.
Meanwhile, his departure comes at a time Chelsea are struggling to tie Eden down to a long-term deal amid Real Madrid interest.

Madrid are said to be eyeing a sensational summer move for the playmaker, with the La Liga side plotting a massive squad overhaul after a disappointing campaign this season.
The Blues are however keen to have the ex-Lille player extend his stay at Stamford Bridge, with a two-window transfer ban currently hanging on their necks.

The 23-year-old attacking midfielder failed to make it into Maurizio Sarri's first team at Stamford Bridge and had to leave for him to continue his development.
