Recently, an aggrieved reader of Legit.ng brought to the attention of Legit.ng a marriage ceremony between a man from Delta and a lady from America. According to the individual who shared the story, the wedding was between a 29-year-old and a 61-year-old woman.
The aggrieved person found it very disturbing that a 29-year-old man was getting married to a 61-year-old woman. The man named Jude Obi was supposedly marrying the lady in question because he wanted to go to America with her.
It was also reported that the love affair and wedding was prohibited by the elders in Orerokpe community, Delta, where he came from. Most of them were grossly displeased that he was marrying a woman who was over twice his age.
Jude Obi who is a member of Jehovah's Witness has, nonetheless, proceeded with the wedding to this lady whom he met on Facebook as this assures him a place in the United States.

The individual who posted the story also shared photos from the wedding of Jude Obi to his 61-year-old bride.
