Out of favour Arsenal star Mesut Ozil was said to have handed his shirt to Leroy Sane at half time during his side's 3-1 defeat to Manchester City in Sunday's Premier League clash at the Etihad.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup winning star was an unused substitute in their 3-1 defeat to the Citizens in Sunday's EPL clash at the Etihad.
Sergio Aguero scored all three goals for the hosts to help his side cut Liverpool's leadership on the log to two points pending the Reds West Ham clash on Monday night.

According to SunSport, Ozil and Sane, who were international teammates before the former Real Madrid star announced his retirement after Germany's disastrous World Cup performance.
Meanwhile, both stars were sighted by Man City's tunnel cam as they made their way to the dressing room at half-time.
The footage disappeared as the duo made their way up the stairs before Sane is handed a parting gift.

However, Ozil would would have needed the shirt as Unai Emery decided against bringing him on, as his future at the Emirates remains in doubt under Unai Emery.

The Gunners star, who has been on a £300,000-a-week wage had been left out in recent weeks but returned to captain the side for the midweek win over Cardiff.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Mesut Ozil has turned down a loan move to join French club Paris-Saint-Germain before the January transfer window closes.
The French League giants are currently looking for a good forward who will replace injured Brazilian star Neymar who will be out of action until April.
And according to the latest report by Suddeutsche Zeitung, the former Real Madrid winger is not interested in leaving the Premier League for a move to France.
