Nigerians have been urged to vote President Muhammadu Buhari in the forthcoming 2019 general election by the speaker of the Nasarawa state House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe -Abdullahi.
In a report available in the Vanguard, the speaker said Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was not an alternative to the All Progressives Congress in the coming election, adding that it is the ruling party that can meet the long yearning of Nigerian populace.
Legit.ng gathers that Balarabe -Abdullahi made this statement when he was briefing newsmen about his tour to the six electoral wards in his constituency.

He said: "I want to call on you to vote massively for President Buhari, Abdullahi Sule, the Nasarawa state APC governorship candidate, Senator Abdullahi Adamu for Senate and Mr Abdulmumuni for House of Representatives in 2019.
“When we came in 2015 seeking for your votes, I told you my programmes and today I am here to say thank you.''
The speaker also urged politicians to play by the rule to ensure free and fair election in the country.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that former minister of educationof the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would be a tough election.
The former minister, speaking in an interview, however, said President Buhari would emerge victorious.
He also expressed optimism that the 2019 elections would be peaceful.
