- Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos appears to be having an injury on his shoulder
- The Spaniard posted a photo on social media with his left shoulder bandaged
- But some fans believe that Ramos took a swipe at Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah with the post
Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has appeared to have taken a dig at Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah after posting a photo on social media with a bandaged shoulder.
Liverpool fans are now suggesting that the Spain international is taking a swipe at their superstar who was injured in the final of the 2017/18 Champions League.
Mohamed Salah sustained a shoulder injury of his own from a robust challenge by Ramos in May this year in Kiev.
Sergio Ramos captioned the photo 'no days off' on his Instagram page in which some fans were quick to draw parallels to Liverpool's Mohamed Salah.
'Did @MoSalah tackle you?' one user asked according to Dailymail, while another said: 'payback from @MoSalah.'
Salah went off injured and in tears after landing heavily on his left shoulder following a robust challenge by Ramos in the first half of Madrid's 3-1 Champions League victory in Kiev.
But Sergio Ramos denied that he intentionally injured Mohamed Salah in the Champions League final.

The injury he sustained against Real Madrid in the Champions League final also affected his game at the World Cup for Egypt where he only scored a goal against Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos said that his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo is now in the past.
Cristiano Ronaldo left the Santiago Bernabeu after nine year in the Spanish capital for a club record €112m move to Italian giants Juventus.
