San Siro giants AC Milan are eyeing Liverpool Fabinho as replacement for recuperating Argentina midfielder Lucas Biglia who has been ruled out for four months with a calf injury.
According to a UK Sun report citing corrieredellosport news portal, Fabinho, who joined the Reds in the summer from Monaco is now a top target for Milan in the winter transfer window.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp explained recently that the 25-year-old Brazilian who can play in different roles was still in his plans going forward.

Interestingly, with the pair of Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson back to action from various injuries, Fabinho now faces more competition to get game time at Anfield.
The report further noted that Liverpool are likely to consider a loan option than an outright as fifth-placed AC Milan struggle to secure a Champions League spot.
Less than a month after admitting he was happy despite not playing regularly at Anfield, latest reports from France claiming to be in positive move and eager to make an impact for Liverpool.
"The moment is good, being called has helped too. So I'm very happy, I hope I can keep it.
"I know the rate here is very high, you have to always try to keep a good performance, and in our team we have a lot of options in the midfield.
"Of course it's not possible to be always called, but whenever the coach needs me I want to be ready for it," he submitted.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously had reported that Champions League runners up Liverpool agreed to sign Brazil international Fabinho when the summer transfer window opens in July.
The 24-year-old will join the Premier League side in a deal worth €45 million from French League side Monaco on July 1st.
According to information on the club’s official website, the Brazilian has already completed medicals and will finalise his long term deal with the Anfield side in a couple of days.
