The much anticipated match between Nigeria and South Africa will take center-stage in Johannesburg on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in an AFCON qualifier.

Gernot Rohr's men have Ahmed Musa, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Kalu and likes but Stuart Baxter's side also have players who can deliver the goods.

Here five players to watch in the South African side

1. Percy Tau

The 24-year-old has been one of the most consistent goal scorers in the South African national team.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns striker was on target in Bafana Bafana's 2-0 win in the first leg played at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.

He recently joined Brighton Hove & Albion but was loaned out to Belgium's second division side Union SG.

2. Lebo Mothiba

The Strasbourg forward is a new sensation in Baxter's squad and has scored three goals in his last four games.

Since Mothiba made his debut for the national team against Zambia in March 2018, the 22-year-old has been a regular for the green and gold squad.

3. Itumelong Khune

The 89-capped South Africa captain has been a dependable player in between the sticks and he is known for his sharp reflexes and ball distribution.

The Kaizer Chiefs number one has been a long standing member of the team and Nigeria will have to do the almost impossible to beat him in front of his home fans.

4. Din Ndlovu

Despite scoring just one in his national colours, the 28-year-old is a high scoring forward with his Chinese Super League side Zhejiang Greentown.

He found the back of the net 19 times in 24 matches last season and will be looking to be on the scoresheet when both sides meet in Johannesburg.
