Lorenzo Insigne's 90th minute strike was all that Napoli needed to claim their first victory in the 2018-19 Champions League season at the Stadio San Paolo on Wednesday, October 3.
The Italian League giants got their campaign off to a shaky start after being held to a goalless by FK Crvena Zvezda late last month.
As a result of their recent victory, coach Serse Cosmi's men are seating atop of Group C table with four points from two games - one above Paris Saint Germain and The Reds who are second and third on the log.

Serbia topflight side FK Crvena Zvezda are at the base of the table having lost their last two games in the tourney and a chance of reaching the next round seem very unlikely.
Both Napoli and Liverpool played a goalless draw in the first stanza of the meeting as they were unable to find the back of the net.
However Carlo Ancelotti's side looked the more threatening team testing Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson throughout the first stanza.
Insigne then struck at the heart of stoppage time when he made an emphatic run that gave the Serie A side the lead after sliding in at the far post to tap in a diagonal cross.

Napoli now top Group C with four points ahead of Liverpool with three, while PSG remain third with three points as well leaving Red Star Belgrade bottom of the group with one point.
Tehy next face PSG in the Champions League on Wednesday, October 24.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Roberto Firmino came off the bench to hand Liverpool the winner in their 3-2 over Paris Saint Germain in their Champions League encounter.
Daniel Sturrudge and James Milner had given the Reds the lead earlier in the game, but those goals were canceled out by Thomas Meunier and Kylian Mbappe's goals.
Firmino however clinched the winner with moments to the blast of the final whistle to give his side a superb start to the championship.
