Regina Askia-Williams, former Nollywood actress, has taken to social media to talk about leaving the Nollywood movie industry. The actress-turned medical practitioner revealed that she has no regrets about her decision.

The 51-year-old actress revealed her thoughts during a question and answer section with fans on Instagram. A fan had asked her if she had any regrets about leaving Nollywood.

Askia replied that she had no regrets about leaving Nollywood. According to her, she is fulfilled and content with her career as a nurse.

NAIJ.com had reported that the 51-year-old had bagged her nursing degree from Wagner College in New York.

Askia had won the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria in 1989. The veteran is an educational activist, television producer, writer, public speaker and a family nurse practitioner.
