Paris Saint Germain star Kylian Mbappe has reportedly told the French League champions to sign his countryman N'golo Kante from Chelsea before the close of transfer window.

The duo were instrumental to France World Cup triumph in Russia and the 19-year-old is hoping to bring his partnership with the midfielder to the club level.

Kante was one of the best defensive midfielders at the recently concluded events with an impressive tackle rate.

However, according to French newspaper L’Equipe the former Leicester City man might be joining PSG as two of Chelsea's key players, Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois are on the verge of joining Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, they will have to pay a fortune to lure Kante away from the Stamford Bridge this summer.

In the other news, the current English FA Cup champions have identified Everton and England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford as a potential replacement for Courtois.

The Belgian, who has just 12 more months on his current contract with the club has refused to pen a new deal with the Blues.

While reports in Spain claim talks have reached an advanced stage between his representatives and Real chiefs over a possible summer move to the Bernabeu.

The Stamford Bridge outfit have been offered a sum of £35 million for their number 1 goalkeeper to return to the Spanish capital - a movewhich will force the Blues bring in a successor in goal.

Stoke City's Jack Butland is also an option for the Blues as he could be available for around £20 million, but Chelsea will prefer to have Pickford after an impressive World Cup performance for the Three Lions.

The Sun say the 24-year-old would cost £60 million, however, he is seen as a long-term solution and may be tempted to join.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that Chelsea are demanding a sum of £88 million from any club that are interested in signing Frenchman N'Golo Kante this summer.

But the former Leicester City star wants to stay at Stamford Bridge despite being heavily linked with a move to French club Paris-Saint-Germain.

According to the report by RMC, Paris-Saint-Germain chiefs have made contact over a potential transfer for N'Golo Kante before the start of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
