Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has been named the Chinese Super League player of the month of April 2018 for his superb performances in China.
Despite his club Changchun Yatai occupying 13th position this season after 10 games with 11 points, Odion Ighalo has been impressive this season in China.
The 28-year-old however took to his official Instagram page on Wednesday, May 16, to show his award to his friends and lovers.
Odion Ighalo has also been named in the Super Eagles provisional list ahead of the 2018 World Cup in Russia, and he is expected to make the final squad.

Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo was superb on Saturday night, April 21, scoring four goals which helped his team Changchun Yatai beat Guizhou Hengfeng 5-2 in a League match.
The win was the second of the season for Changchun Yatai who are campaigners in the Chinese Super League.
Odion Ighalo who has failed to score in his previous three consecutive games fired his side into the lead in the 24th minute from the penalty spot.
