The High Court in Lokoja, Kogi state has granted Senator Dino Melaye, representing Kogi west, a bail in the sum of N10million.
Justice Nasiru Ajanah, who granted Senator Melaye bail based on his health challenge, on Wednesday, gave a condition that the lawmaker must provide a surety in the like sum.
Recall that NAIJ.com earlier reported that the High Court sitting in Lokoja, Kogi state, has ordered that Dino Melaye representing Kogi west senatorial district in the National Assembly be moved to the National Hospital Abuja for further treatment.

Justice Nasir Ajanah gave the order on Friday, May 4, after the senator’s counsel, Mike Ezekhome (SAN) sought for his bail.
The court ruling came shortly after Melaye appeared before a senior magistrates court in Kogi state on a stretcher.

The spokesperson for Senator Dino Melaye, Gideon Ayodele, disclosed that his principal is currently at the police medical center in Lokoja, the Kogi state capital.
