Manchester United Romelu Lukaku has signed a contract with Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports agency.

The Belgian powerful striker becomes the first Premier League star to seal such deal with the US music king.

Lukaku scored in the Red Devils 2-0 win over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Wednesday, April 18, and his new deal will take care of his talent management and commercial opportunities.

Jay Z according to SunSport initially planned to sign Marcus Rashford.

He (Lukaku) has now signed the deal officially, which will go down in history

Lukaku sealed the deal while at the Big Apple where Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls faced off in an NBA game with his agent Mino Raiola he joined the sports agency.

He posed for a photo with Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette and wide receiver Victor Cruz.

In the middle of the four was Shawn 'Pecas' Costner, a senior management executive at Roc Nation Sports.

Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports talent stable is an extension of his entertainment company Roc Nation, which counts chart-topping superstars such as Shakira and DJ Khaled among its ranks. Also in the ranks is the likes of Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant.

The Belgium international joined Manchester United from Everton €84.70 million in a five year deal and he has scored 16 goals in 33 appearances for the Red Devils.

His first stop in the Premier League was Chelsea when he joined them in the 2011, but after two seasons of just 10 matches, he was sent on loan to West Bromwich Albion on a season long loan deal.

On his return to the Bridge after his loan spell at West Brom, he was against sent on another loan spell at Everton, but before the end of his stay at the club, he sealed a permanent deal.

And he scored 68 goals in 141 matches for the Toffees within the space of three seasons before joining United at the end of last season.

His only title in his professional career was the Belgian Pro League title he won while at Anderlecht in the 2008-09 season.
