Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has told pals he still loves ex-girlfriend Irina Shayk after they broke up three years ago.
According to his pal Ronaldo said: “She’s the one that got away.”
The pair met in 2010 but the 32-year-old Russian model called it quits on the relationship three years ago.
A pal said: “Ronaldo is holding a torch for her.
“He regrets the way they ended and still takes an interest in her life.”
The 33-year-old believes he and Irina's split was because she wanted to have a baby for him and he was not ready to father a child then.
He already had a son Cristiano Jnr and was fully focused on football because he did not care about having babies at that time.

The pal said: “He never thought Irina would ever actually leave.”
She now has a daughter with actor Bradley Cooper as Ronaldo’s pal added: “He’s jealous of the relationship.”
The Portuguese star have a baby with his current partner Georgina Rodriguez last year and their relationship has been blossoming.
