Are you a company or business owner looking to register your company/business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)? Here is a breakdown of the CAC registration fees you will have to pay in Nigeria.

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is an autonomous body of the Nigerian government. It was formed and put into effect in 1990 to control the formation of companies and their management in Nigeria. The commission was promulgated by the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
