The wedding prayers of the daughter of Senate President Bukola Saraki was held today, December 8, at the Abuja Central Mosque.
Among the dignitaries in attendance at the wedding ceremony were the vice president of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo and the Sierra Leonean President Ernest Bai Koroma.
Osinbanjo was there o represent President Muhammadu Buhari who could not make it to the event.

The vice president later took to his Facebook page to share pictures from the event.
He wrote: "Today I attended the Senate President's daughters wedding Fathia at the Abuja Central Mosque, representing President Buhari & accompanying the Sierra Leonean President, Ernest Bai Koroma, who was also a guest."

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday, December 6, presided over the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held at the Council Chambers, State House, Abuja.
Osinbajo represented President Buhari who was in Kano state on a two day working visit.
