Obaiagbon shades Atiku as FFK welcomes him to PDP

Former member of the federal House of Representative, Patrick Obahiagbon has subtly attacked former vice president, Atiku Abubakar after he announced his resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The former vice president announced his resignation from the ruling party on Friday, November 24 in a statement he released.

He claimed the party failed to fulfil some of its promises pointing out that youths were not giving opportunities.

Obaiagbon in a tweet on Friday, November 24 said Atiku was running for presidency but could not travel to America.

Also, Mr Femi Fani-Kayode welcomed Atiku back to the Peoples democratic Party (PDP) saying it was a good left he left the ruling party.

NAIJ.com had earlier reported that the former vice president is set to formerly move to the PDP on Saturday, November 25 in Adamawa ahead of the party’s national convention scheduled for November 9.

Atiku is expected to collect his membership card in his Jada 1 polling ward in his state as his supporter prepare for what they tagged as “Atiku’s home coming.”

A member of Atiku’s political group who spoke on the condition of anonymity said “thousands of supporters had been mobilised from the 21 local areas in the state. ‎

”Twenty buses have been allocated to each local government area for the event; the buses will convey supporters to Yola.”
