NAIJ.com gathers that the meeting came on the heels of the heated argument which occurred between the president’s chief of staff, Abba Kyari, and the head of service of the federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita during the Federal Executuive Council meeting which held on Wednesday, November 1, and which was captured on camera.
Details of what transpired at the meeting are still not known, but sources allegedly stated that the president was unhappy about the row between Kyari and Oyo-Ita.
The source stated further, that Buhari was already addressing the issues of the spat between his chief of staff and the head of service.
Kyari had reportedly threatened to issue a query to Oyo-Ita following her leaked memo which stated that the president had been aware of Maina’s reinstatement, and that she had warned him against it.
The chief of staff further threatened that Oyo-Ita must also provide photographic evidence of her visit to the president.
Kyari’s threat was said to have angered the head of service, who then took the matter to the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo.
