Twenty-four hours after former President Olusegun Obasanjo advised the Federal Government to adopt "carrot and stick" approach in tackling Boko Haram, presidential spokesman, Dr. Reuben Abati, has told the Nigerian leader to pocket his counsel. In fact, Abati said Obasanjo is confused.
